Scottie Pippen Jr., a two-time All-SEC player for the Commodores, was not selected in the two-round NBA Draft. He then agreed to an undrafted free agent deal shortly after the conclusion of the draft. Recently, in his debut game, Scottie Pippen Jr. displayed his talent.

Although Scottie Pippen Jr. performed admirably in college, he was not selected in the NBA. Given his name, there were always going to be high expectations for Pippen Jr., and when he became an undrafted free agent, he undoubtedly attracted the interest of a few teams. He was ultimately signed by the Los Angeles Lakers, who have subsequently added him to their Summer League team.

Pippen Jr. had his Summer League debut on Sunday night, and there is little doubt that he left a rather significant impact. He ended up having a really strong game, recording 15 points, 8 assists, and even three steals. When the Lakers Summer League team faced the Warriors, the purple and gold outperformed their opponents handily.

The youthful, skilled Lakers team put on a tremendous performance, and LeBron James must be thrilled with the potential that is currently rising through the ranks. Of course, it is impossible to predict whether Pippen Jr. will join the Lakers this season, but at least he is headed in the right direction. Players may establish themselves in the Summer League, and Pippen Jr. is doing just that.
