Rudy Giuliani continues to have a hard time finding anyone to agree with him about his lies. The former mayor of New York City was rejected by an endless string of judges who felt his claims about fraud in the 2020 US Presidential election were bogus. Recently, he accused a man of an attack that he said left him in “tremendous pain.”

Surveillance video from the alleged incident tells a different story. Rudy Giuliani was not assaulted by anyone. He was lightly tapped on the back.

Even the police have chimed in on the matter. According to TMZ, a representative for the responding police department called Giuliani’s claims about being attacked a “stretch.” It doesn’t look like any assault charges will stick.

“Much ado about nothing it seems. It was a pat. This whole thing is a stretch.”

Rudy Giuliani’s ability to tell the truth seems to be deteriorating with age. His lies became so extreme that even Fox News banned him from their network. Now, his claims of a savage left-wing attack have also been shot down. It seems that Rudy isn’t welcome in many places these days.

Giuliani’s name has come up quite a bit in the recent House Select Committee hearings on the events of January 6. Rudy would love his followers to believe that he has been persecuted and is the victim of a vast conspiracy of deception. In reality, it’s Rudy who seems to have trouble telling the truth.
