The rap group Migos was scheduled to perform at the Governors Ball this week, but the group decided to cancel the appearance. While many thought this meant the group was heading for a massive split, that may’ve not been the case. The trio looks to be intact as the cancellation seems to be due of a scheduling conflict.

TMZ got word from the label rep that the reason for the cancellation was due to Quavo shooting a movie. Lil Wayne is set to step in for Migos. And while rumors were swilling for over a month about a potential breakup after buzz of Quavo and Offsets being on the outs, all that seems to just be hearsay.

Huncho was asked about the group’s future but he chose not to say much about the issue and instead decided to talk about his new collab with Takeoff titled “Hotel Lobby.” There is also the rash of social media unfollowings between Quavo, Offset and Cardi B that have yet to be addressed. Takeoff though remains neutral regarding the situation.

The group’s breakup rumors were kicked into high gear when both Cardi B and Offset unfollowed the other tow Migos on Instagram. Rumors are still swirling, but the group is apparently not done yet.

As far as the group Migos is concern it looks as if they will continue making music together. Those attending Governors Ball can at least be happy to see Lil Wayne perform.
