Jay Cutler ‘Threw A Party’ When Kristin Cavallari Divorce Settlement Came In

Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari were a happily married couple, but nothing lasts forever. They split up and then divorced, but luckily for Cutler, Kristin Cavallari entered the relationship with her own money and she still runs a successful jewelry business.

During a conversation with Clay Travis on his “Uncut with Jay Cutler” podcast, Cutler addressed his divorce all that he could. In the end, he didn’t have terrible things to say at all.

“I don’t know what I can say, first of all,” Cutler said on the podcast. “I don’t know if I made money, I just didn’t … [I] did OK.”

Jay Cutler wanted to make it clear that that he doesn’t recommend divorce for anyone, but “when the settlement came in I threw a party.”

Cutler admitted that he knows several NFL quarterbacks who lost their shirts with their divorces. Travis even made a comment about how Cutler probably saw some guys marrying a girl only to lose half of their money in 3 years. Cutler did not call cap on that assessment at all.

Divorce is never easy, but it certainly helps when you don’t get raked over the coals with spousal support.
