XXXTentacion had a lot of influence on the artists of today in many ways. The artist’s death was a true tragedy as many continue to be inspired by him even now. His upcoming documentary will also reveal a new side to him according to his mother.

According to TMZ, XXXTENTACION’s entire life, death and of his legacy will be the subject of an upcoming documentary. Those who were close to him stated that it will reveal more about how he was as a person.

X’s mother Cleopatra Bernard and manager Solomon Sobande recently saw “Look At Me: XXXTENTACION.” X’s mother admitted that the film isn’t designed for image control.

Cleopatra said that the film’s goal is more to show people, like her son, do make mistakes and are human at the end of the day. The mother admitted that she wished they had included documents alleging X’s late girlfriend was not pregnant at the time of the domestic abuse incident that he agreed to.

I don’t think it’s gonna change his image. Our intent was to humanize him and I do think it will do that. We’ve all done crazy s*** in our lives, just not in front of a camera. So I think people will relate. 50 saw it first and loved it, he gave it a 10.

Not only that, but it was also reported that some of the people who knew XXX well, some heavy-hitters in the rap game, have also given their nod of approval.

Cleo screened the film for a select few rappers — Fivio Foreign21 SavageTory Lanez and 50 Cent. — and she says they all gave it a ’10.’ She adds that Fiddy agrees the docs regarding X’s gf should have made the final cut.

The upcoming documentary will drop on Hulu on May 26. It is directed by acclaimed filmmaker Sabaah Folayan and is sure to be a hit with fans. People will always remember X’s contributions and that is what matters in the end.
