It appears that Roman Reigns’ call to acknowledge him is starting to break the barriers of pro wrestling. First it was former NBA star Charles Barkley who acknowledged the Tribal Chief. Now, an award-winning HBO Max series has name dropped WWE’s “last needle mover.”

The latest episode of the HBO Max series ‘Hacks’ featured a brief scene where the character Marcus (played by Carl Clemons-Hopkins) and Marcus’s mother Robin (played by Angela Elayne Gibb) had a conversation in which Robin showed interest in her son’s ex-boyfriend.

Robin promises not to contact her son’s ex as long as Roman Reigns does not defect to AEW. The chances of Roman Reigns jumping ship are next to Ryback becoming a decent human being. Believe that!

Roman Reigns is also expected to cross over into Hollywood full time once he gets done with wrestling and that could be in near future. The Undisputed WWE Universal Champion recently signed a new contract that allows him to work fewer dates. Roman is having the reign of his life and there’s no arguing that.
