Migos fans all over are a bit concerned after they unfollowed each other on social media. Now Quavo and Takeoff are working on their own thing without Offset, but what’s really going on is still not 100% clear.
The future of Migos is still unknown. Offset, along with his wife Cardi B, unfollowed both Quavo and Takeoff on Instagram earlier this week. Quavo appeared to have unfollowed Offset as well, but Takeoff continues to follow him.
This enraged followers, who began to speculate as to why the trio had unfollowed one other and what this meant for their future. Fans are extremely concerned for the trio and have expressed their concerns on social media.
“Damn this really the end for the migos? Why else would offset unfollow quavo and takeoff.”
Quavo appeared to be reacting to the split reports. He altered his Instagram bio to “HUNCHO 1/3rd Of Greatest Group In The World MIGOS” after the rumor gained attention.
It’s still unclear whether Quavo was commemorating the trio’s legacy or if they’re still together. He is still not a follower of Offset. Meanwhile, Offset and Takeoff have remained strangely quiet on the subject.
All of this comes as Quavo and Takeoff prepare to unleash their new collaboration, “Hotel Lobby,” on Friday under their new moniker “Unc and Phew.” That music video has a very cool Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas theme.
Despite breakup rumors, the trio is still booked through the summer. Governors Ball, Rolling Loud Toronto, and Life Is Beautiful are just a few of the forthcoming events where all three Migos members are still set to perform.
In a 2018 interview with XXL, Quavo vowed that the three would always stay together. Hopefully, Quavo can maintain his word and keep this trio together. What are your views on this rumor? Stay tuned to Thirsty for more information.
