Freedom of speech is a fundamental right in several countries all over the world. However, that has been proven wrong in various instances as social media has shown that things are not what they seem. Joe Rogan has been controversial for a long time and has now addressed his death threats as well.

Joe Rogan has faced a lot of trials and tribulations throughout his career. He also has one of the most popular podcasts on Spotify. Joe Rogan had previously taken some time off from his podcast on Spotify as he was blasted for accusations that he openly welcomed false public health information on his show.

That was not the end of it as he was accused of being racist. Rogan had claimed that he never used the n-word to be racist after getting blasted by several fans and celebrities alike. Many people tried to cancel him but he had his fair share of supporters as well.

While speaking on a recent episode of his Joe Rogan Show podcast with guest Radio Rahim, Joe Rogan addressed the ‘kill Joe Rogan’ threats. Rogan blamed cancel culture for the threats once again.

“I think people think too much about this idea that you can stop someone from talking. That’s the whole idea about cancel culture right? As if you’re going to remove someone from the conversation, and it’s worked for some people.”

Cancel culture will run rampant no matter what and Joe Rogan is more than aware of how badly that can affect someone. In fact, Spotify had removed over 70 episodes of Joe Rogan’s podcast in the past. We wonder whether people will try to cancel Joe Rogan again or not.
