Amber Heard Was Not Doing A Bump On The Witness Stand

Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s legal battle is currently a major topic in Hollywood. Amber Heard’s testimony has been called staged, lifted, and weirdly, drug-laced by people. However, only one of these claims appears to be genuine and the proof is in the video.

This week, Amber testified for two days, outlining the alleged abuse she claims she had from Johnny Depp. Each day of hearing lasted several hours, but ardent Johnny supporters have singled out a few specific moments as being particularly devastating.

First, a scene from Thursday’s hearing in which Amber is discussing a time when Johnny was detoxing, during which she holds a tissue to her face for a longer period of time, presumably aware that she is being photographed right then and there, and poses. The video circulating on social media appeared to be doctored, but TMZ discovered it in the raw feed, and Amber did appear to hold this posture for what appears to be a camera flash.

People have chastised her for it, and deservedly so, but even more Twitter users have made what we would call ludicrous assertions that are considerably more nefarious. Especially, that Amber was supposedly doing cocaine bumps on the witness stand on Thursday.

This assertion is nothing more than individuals trying to connect dots that don’t exist. You’ll probably see what you want to see depending on whatever side you’re on in this case but there’s no smoking gun here.

However, there’s also the ‘Talented Mr. Ripley’ claim, which boils down to people claiming that Amber stole a portion of her testimony on Wednesday from the film, namely from Gwyneth Paltrow’s character Marge. That allegation turned out to be complete nonsense as well.

It appears that people’s sincere hatred for Amber Heard is obscuring their objectivity and, in some cases, propagating false information which definitely should be stopped. Stay tuned to Thirsty to get the most up-to-date information regarding the court dispute.
