Jon Jones Unsure About Stipe Miocic Fight Due To UFC Playing Games

For many fans, Jon Jones is one of the best UFC stars to have ever graced the Octagon. Since last year, Jon Jones had a clear goal in mind when it comes to his UFC return. Jones has also been on a mission to get the kind of pay that he truly deserves.

For the past few months, Jon Jones stated on numerous occasions that he plans on making his MMA return this year. Not only that, Jon Jones even plans on becoming a champion in 2022.

Jon Jones even made it clear that he hopes to be in peak condition by Summer this year. Jon Jones vs Stipe Miocic was also being planned for this Summer as well.

While speaking during a recent Q&A session with fans on Instagram, Jon Jones was asked when he would fight again. Jones made it clear he is uncertain about the match due to the UFC playing games.

“Somebody said when am I fighting again? I’m hoping to fight Stipe [Miocic] maybe September. I don’t really know. UFC has been playing them games.”

White even previously stated that UFC has already had talks for Jon Jones vs Stipe Miocic once Jones returns. Nothing is finalized as of yet, so it remains to be seen whether the fight will end up happening or not.
