Elon Musk’s Twitter posting has only grown bolder after he took over the platform in a $44 billion deal. In his latest tweets, the billionaire has called out Apple Inc for its charging practices.

The Tesla CEO took to Twitter on Tuesday to criticize the Apple app store for charging extremely high fees. For those who don’t know, Apple takes a 30% cut of revenue from all the transactions conducted on its app store. As you can guess Musk absolutely despises this.

Musk initially tweeted, “Apple’s store is like having a 30% tax on the Internet. Definitely not ok.” He later added, “Literally 10 times higher than it should be.”

This is not the first time Apple has been criticized for its ridiculously high prices. Musk is just the recent addition to several other tech leaders who have called out Apple in the past for this, including Mark Zuckerberg.

According to the NY Post, European regulators have lodged a complaint against the tech company with a claim that Apple “abused” its leading market position to crush the competition.

With that being said, It doesn’t seem like Apple is going to stop their ridiculously high charging practices. However, now that Space X CEO has come out against this , it is sure to grow awareness on this topic even if just a bit.
