Fans have been waiting anxiously for more details ever since the AEW console game was announced. The game is still in development and we have received more details regarding the release and characters to be featured.

According to Body Slam, Owen Hart will be one of the playable characters in the game. Another confirmed character was CM Punk. The outlet noted the game developer has recorded motion captures of several other wrestlers as well.

The game is titled “AEW: Fight Forever” and is being created by Yuke’s Pacific. This is the same company responsible for developing some classic WWE video games. It is expected to release sometime around in September of this year.

The game is announced for consoles, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, & Xbox Series X | S. Switch gamers, although we’re used to this, are left out yet again. The game is confirmed to have cross-platform gameplay, meaning fans can play with their friends regardless of the console differences, unless you have a Nintendo Switch.

More details regarding AEW Fight Forever remain scarce, but we will surely keep you updated at Thirsty once they are available.
