Black Chyna’s ongoing lawsuit against the Kardashian family continues in LA and it is getting headlines everyday. The Kardashian-Jenner family seems to be moving things rather quickly.

According to People, the Kardashian-Jenner family has asked the Los Angeles Superior Court to dismiss Blac Chyna’s claims of economic and emotional distress in her civil suit against the internationally famous family.

The outlet obtained court documents pertaining this case and found out, the family’s attorney, Michael G Rhodes made some pretty solid arguments.

Rhodes claimed that Blac Chyna has not provided any evidence to back up her claims. In this case Rhodes is representing Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Kris Jenner, which is to say he is making a hefty amount in process.

“Before trial began, these claims were absurd,” Rhodes said “Now that Plaintiff has testified in her entirety, and has no additional testimony or evidence to offer on her damages, Defendants respectfully submit that entering such an instruction would be a vastly inadequate remedy.”

Blac Chyna is seeking $109,635,021 in economic damage as well as $36,000,000 in general damages for emotional distress. The Kardashian attorney argued this amount is absurd and no expert accounting has be offered about this yet.

“Ms. White’s [Blac Chyna] unsupported and wildly speculative claims for damages must not be allowed to go to the jury,” the document read.

It is obvious that Chyna is in this for money and as things are going right now the case is unlikely to settle soon. We have only seen it grow intense in last couple of days. Are you following this case everyday? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
