Archie Eversole tragically passed away on Wednesday. The “We Ready” rapper was only 37 years old. Eversole was allegedly shot to death while he was asleep. Archie’s brother, Alexander Kraus, has been named as a prime suspect in the case.

Initially, details were scarce. Prosecutors eventually theorized that Krause used a .357 pistol to shoot Archie in his sleep. A forced entry was suspected and there were signs of a struggle before the fatal shot was fired.

Fox 5 Atlanta reports that the judge in Krause’s murder case considers Alexander to be a danger to the community and a flight risk. At a recent hearing, Superior Court Judge LaTisha Dear Jackson denied bail for Krause. He will have to remain in jail pending charges.

“I’m going to deny the defendant bond based on a couple of things, he’s likely to flee the jurisdiction, and he is a danger to the community.”

Archie Eversole’s manager, John Williams, claims the District Attorney has the story completely wrong. Williams has been adamant that Alexander is not the culprit. Prosecutors are telling a different story.

Evidence submitted by DeKalb county suggests that the brothers both have a history of violent behavior. Eversole has an open case of battery and disorderly conduct against his brother. Williams has claimed that the two had since reconciled. Alexander Kraus will have his day in court, and we will have to wait and see where the evidence leads.
