As the multi-million dollar defamation trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard continues, more information comes into the public light. Recently, Depp opened up about what unfolded on his wedding day with Heard.
The former couple married back in February 2015 on Depp’s private island in the Bahamas. Johnny Depp testified about the wedding ceremony and shared why his daughter was not in attendance that day.
The wedding ceremony only had about 20-25 people in attendance, from which his daughter, Lily-Rose Depp, was missing. People reports that according to Depp’s testimony, Amber and his daughter never got along.
“My daughter Lily-Rose did not come to the wedding. She and Ms. Heard were not on particularly great terms, for several reasons,.”
Depp further revealed that Amber Heard and her group of friends did drugs at the wedding reception from a “communal bag of MDMA.” He also said one of the schedules for the day’s festivities read: “Dinner, dancing, and drugs.”
Heard’s lawsuit has dealt a major blow to Depp’s reputation in Hollywood. Fans and the general public alike are waiting for the conclusion of this case. Depp himself hopes to show the world truth behind this by the end of this ordeal.
