We are a week into the multi-million dollar defamation trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. The jury in the trial was shown some really tense pictures this time.

On Monday, the jury in Johnny Depp’s defamation trial was presented photographs of injuries that Depp suffered at the hands of his ex-wife. Depp’s security guard Sean Bett took the stand and testified against Amber Heard.

The Daily Mail reports that Bett specified the first incident occurred in March of 2015, and while he described Depp’s injury photos which he claimed were caused by Heard. He also noted that a similar incident occurred in December of that year where Depp’s nose was hurt.

In the pictures shown to the jury, Depp is seen with a “swollen cheekbone and eyelid.” The witness also said he took photos of the actor as “evidence” after the alleged assault happened.

“(Depp) needed it as evidence in case Miss Heard tried to make allegations towards Depp. I was emphatic, that’s a serious mark,” Bett said

He added, “He had scratch marks around his nose area. On one of the sides of his face and the cheek area.”

More photos were described as the trial continued in Virginia. A short while ago, we reported that Amber Heard’s friend was kicked out amid the trial for intervening. There was also a savage string of texts from Depp that were shown in the courtroom.

The entire industry awaits the conclusion of this case as we wait to see what becomes of it. The consequences of the allegations have dealt massive damage to Depp’s reputation in Hollywood. Hopefully, it will be repaired by the end of this.
