Jesse Williams and ex-wife Aryn Drake-Lee are embroiled in one of the bitterest divorces in Hollywood. The two reached a child custody agreement in February, but will resume their case in summer.

TMZ reports The Grey’s Anatomy star has finally received a temporarily relief in child support payments after a court made several modifications to the original payments. Williams will be paying $6,413 for now.

The actor requested the court last month to reduce his $40,000 monthly child support payments. Williams set he could no longer afford the payments following his exit from the show.

The actor is currently working on Broadway’s “Take Me Out” production. He told the court his earnings from the production get him $1,668 per week and that he couldn’t afford monthly child support payments on his current earnings.
