Bad Bunny tagged with Damian Priest and squared off against The Miz & John Morrison in a tag team match on Night One of WrestleMania 37. Bad Bunny’s performance was significantly above everyone’s expectations, as he genuinely put on a WrestleMania-worthy spectacle. It seems he made some great buzz this year.

Brandon Thurston from Wrestlenomics recently took to Twitter to share his data analysis on the top 40 most searched pro wrestling stars from January to March this year. To everyone’s shock, it is not John Cena or The Rock. Bad Bunny beat them as well as the likes of Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar who are currently the biggest stars in WWE.

Names like Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar, Ronda Rousey, Steve Austin appeared mostly because of WrestleMania. Cody Rhodes is also among the leaders because of the buzz he created during his AEW exit and WWE comeback. The Undertaker appeared because of his recent induction in the Hall of Fame.

It’s no surprise that The Rock and John Cena came second and third in the top 40 list respectively. Scott Hall appeared fourth after the icon passed away recently. Bad Bunny’s Royal Rumble appearance this year was a one-off as he will be busy with his touring all year round. We’ll have to see when Bad Bunny will appear on WWE television once again.
