John Cena Backs Up Cody Rhodes’ Message About Pro Wrestling Being A Love Story

During WrestleMania 38 Night 1, Cody Rhodes finally made his return to the company after years. The American Nightmare was revealed to be Seth Rollins’ mystery opponent.

After a highly competitive 20-minute match, full of back and forth, Cody Rhodes pulled off the win. Right after his triumphant win, Cody Rhodes took to Twitter and said that pro wrestling is a love story.

This was Rhodes’ first WWE appearance since leaving the company in 2016 as well. John Cena took to his Instagram and shared Cody Rhodes’ tweet, as he seemingly agreed with what Rhodes said.

Now that Cody Rhodes is back in WWE after 6 years, fans have expectations for him and his booking in the company. We’ll have to see if it will end up becoming a disappointment or not.
