Lil Tjay could be in a lot of trouble. He has been recently accused of robbing an Instagram star named Adam Quinn.
Adam Quinn claimed in a series of Instagram stories on Friday that the “Calling My Phone” rapper held him at gunpoint and stole cash and other belongings from his home on an unidentified date.
In part, Adam Quinn wrote:
“WHEN I TELL YOU ALL THIS LIL TJAY STORY I SWEAR TO GOD YOU WON’T EVEN BELIEVE IT. MY MAN’S ROBBED AT GUN POINT AND STOLE CASH OUT OF MY CRIB AND MY CARTIER BRACELETS. BUT WAIT IT GETS BETTER.”
Quinn went on to describe the bizarre incident, alleging that Lil Tjay was broke and, as a result, revealing that the New York rapper allegedly returned some of his stuff just hours after the claimed robbery.
“@LILTJAY GOT SO SCARED I WAS GONNA GO TO THE COPS HE BROUGHT BACK MY CARTIER BRACELETS THE NEXT DAY. APPARENTLY HE’S BROKE AND COULDN’T AFFORD TO BRING BACK ALL MY CASH HE STOLE SO HE ONLY BROUGHT BACK SOME OF IT. I GUESS IT’S THE THOUGHT THAT COUNTS RIGHT?”
He then shifted his focus to Lil Tjay’s record label, Columbia Records, alleging that the rapper had allegedly robbed another person he knows not long after he was a victim. “@COLUMBIARECORDS PLEASE CUT THIS KID A CHECK SO HE STOP ROBBING PEOPLE,” Quinn wrote. “I KNOW SOMEONE ELSE HE ROBBED TWO DAYS AFTER ROBBING ME.”
After that, Adam Quinn appears to have leaked what appears to be Lil Tjay’s personal phone number, as well as a final call to action for his fans before contacting authorities. Screenshots of the entire incident story were taken by a Reddit user.
While the link between Adam Quinn and Lil Tjay is unknown, Quinn has previously publicized his meetings with other Hip Hop artists including Tyga, Tory Lanez, and Rich The Kid. Despite the allegations leveled against him, Lil Tjay appears unmoved. He used Instagram on April 1 to promote his upcoming mixtape and new visual track “In My Head,” which features an appearance from Rubi Rose.
