Former WWE Superstar Alberto Del Rio remains a highly controversial figure in the pro wrestling world. He was facing several charges of sexual assault but they were all dropped. Now he is set to work with the UFC.

Despite his problematic actions, Del Rio certainly had a solid career in WWE during his two runs with the company. He is a four-time world champion and two time WWE United States Champion and also a Royal Rumble winner.

According to Lucha Libre Online, the former WWE Superstar is set to be the Spanish commentator for the UFC and the BKFC. It was further added that he will make his debut this Saturday.

Del Rio has prior experience in the world of MMA as he has competed with PRIDE Fighting Championships. He also took part in a catchweight fight against Tito Ortiz. We’ll have to see if Del Rio will become a permanent part of the UFC or not.
