Tory Lanez is no stranger to spending time in court. Lanez has been wrapped up in a court battle over a wild incident that resulted in him shooting Megan Thee Stallion in the feet. The two have gone back and forth over the details of the shooting both in the courtroom and via social media. Now, Tory Lanez faces a different kind of legal struggle.

Lanez has been sued in Miami, Florida for foreclosure on a condo he owns in the city. Radar Online obtained court documents relating to the suit. The foreclosure comes after Lanez failed to make payments on a $1.26 million loan on the property.

A company listed in the legal documents known as BH 4908 LLC is the plaintiff in the case. Tory Lanez had agreed to pay $11,057.40 and then a balloon payment in December of 2021 to take care of the loan. The lawsuit claims Tory has defaulted on that agreement.

BH 4908 LLC also claims that Lanez owes interest on the loan. The total debt to the company is over 1.2 million dollars. Lanez is the only owner listed on the property’s title and the suit alleges that he still lives there.

The company is demanding the court allow them to foreclose on the home. That would result in the property being sold to the highest bidder. Tory Lanez would have to be evicted.

Tory Lanez is also being asked to pay off the difference between the home’s purchase price and the amount it sells for in foreclosure. That could amount to a pretty penny. Tory is also facing serious charges for his shooting of Megan Thee Stallion. 2022 could be a very bad year for Lanez.
