French Montana found himself in the midst of courtroom battle after a sexual assault lawsuit was brought up against him by an anonymous accuser in 2021. After months of deliberation, it appears the legal drama has finally reached a conclusion.

The accuser claimed in the lawsuit that the rapper drugged then proceeded to rape her in his own home following a recording session. Now according to court documents obtained by Radar Online, the 37-year-old rapper has settled the lawsuit on Tuesday.

The move comes nearly two years after the original lawsuit was filed against him, his business partner Mansour Bennouna, and his record label Coke Boy Records. The settlement was reached just days before the case was set to go to trial on March 14.

It should be noted, despite the fact that the matter has been settled outside of court and is expected to be officially dismissed in the coming days but the newest court documents do not disclose the settlement terms between the Unforgettable rapper and his anonymous accuser. However, the news certainly gave the rapper a sigh of relief.
