Reese Witherspoon’s $25 Million LA Mansion Is Up For Sale

Reese Witherspoon is without a doubt one of Hollywood’s most well-known female actors. The Morning Show star has been married to her husband Jim Toth since 2011. However, the couple has recently listed their Los Angeles mansion for a total of $25 million.

The sprawling 3-acre estate, located in the upscale Brentwood neighborhood, has seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a jaw-dropping chef’s kitchen, a chic spa, and a beautiful pool. The couple, who have been married for over ten years, paid $16 million for the pad in March 2020.

The mansion, which was built in 1993, measures 10,343 square feet and has massive windows throughout, letting an insane abundance of natural light to flood the interior. The recently renovated kitchen features a beautiful marble island and high ceilings that give it an open feel. Grandiose fireplaces are flanked throughout the house, including in the living room, library, and owner’s suite. The landscaping is a must-see, with lush grasses, succulents, and blooming trees scattered throughout the property.

According to Dirt, the couple’s humble abode is one of the “most private properties on L.A.’s Westside.” It is located on a private dead-end road “deep within one of Brentwood’s best-known canyons,” allowing for complete privacy. The listing states, “Behind the gate, a winding driveway leads down to a formal circular motorcourt beside the English Country-style mansion, with its three-car attached garage,”

Reese and Jim began dating in February 2010, nearly four years after she divorced actor Ryan Phillippe, with whom she has two children, Ava, 22, and Deacon, 18. The actress met Jim while he was working as the co-head of motion picture talent at Creative Artists Agency. They married on March 26, 2011, at Reese’s ranch in Ojai, California, which she has since sold. On September 27, 2012, they welcomed a baby together, son Tennessee.
