Young Rock tells the story of the coming of age of a young Dwayne Johnson. Professional wrestling plays a huge role in the sitcom. The Rock’s father was a popular professional wrestler. Johnson was constantly exposed to the biggest names in the business.

Several fictionalized versions of wrestlers have appeared on the show. Even Vince McMahon pops up from time to time. A much younger version of McMahon is played by Adam Ray on Young Rock.

The WWE boss recently sat down for an interview on the Pat McAfee Show. Vince was asked if he had seen his portrayal on the hit NBC series. McMahon said he has not.

The second season of Young Rock will premiere on NBC on March 15. Fans have been looking forward to seeing how various actors will play their roles as famous wrestlers of the 1980s. Vince McMahon probably won’t be watching.

The Rock has become one of the most successful entertainers in the world. The former WWE superstar is one of the most bankable leading men in Hollywood. He even bought a football league from his old boss.

Vince McMahon is notoriously eclectic. It is no surprise that he wouldn’t want to see another person portraying him. He’s missing out because Young Rock is an excellent show!
