The Kardashians have been lately getting a lot of backlash for letting their daughters off on social media apps unsupervised. The recent one comes at the cost of Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick’s kid, Penelope.

In a recent TikTok video the father-daughter duo could be seen breaking some sweat while making a few moves. The pair were lip-syncing to British rapper Nutcase 22’s song Captain. They stood in front of the camera and pretended to whistle after the lyric, “Come gimme a tune.”

The reality star’s fans took to the comments and said that the nine-year-old looked “too grown-up”. One wrote: “Isn’t she a bit young to be wearing a crop top??! Let her be a child!” Another added, “Penelope looks so grown up! She looks about 16,” while a third posted: “Why did they dye her hair red? She’s too young for that…”

Penelope wore high-waisted jeans, a white crop top, and a pink Prada shoulder bag worth $2,500. She captioned the video: “When we are too excited to go to dinner.” The youngster’s TikTok account “PandKourt” was deleted shortly after she posted the clip.

This, however, is the first time the parents have been critiqued for letting their daughter’s parenting. In December, Kourtney was slammed for allowing the youngster to wear a strapless minidress and heels at Christmas. A month before the dress drama, Kourtney faced further backlash for kissing and cuddling her fiancé Travis Barker in front of Penelope.

It’s very obvious that the cries from fans are falling on deaf ears as there has not been any change even after the backlash. The couple just might not like the idea of taking parenting lectures from fans and online personas.
