Joe Burrow became a sensation after taking a lowly Cincinnati Bengals team and turning them into AFC Champions. An exciting group of young wide receivers and Joe Mixon having a resurgence at halfback was more than enough to get the Bengals past the heavily favored Kansas City Chiefs and into Super Bowl LVI.

Joe Cool performed very well in the Super Bowl. The Bengals offensive line just couldn’t keep up the protection against a smothering Rams pass rush. Aaron Donald caused havoc all night, often drawing double and triple teams from the Cincinnati line. Burrow came up just short, a play away from immortality.

Despite his girlfriend’s show of pride and support. Burrow still believes there is unfinished business. The young quarterback is hoping to use the experience to fuel the Bengals into the future. The loss alone should be enough motivation for Cincinnati to want to get back to the big game.

“We’re a young team. I’d like to think we’ll be back in this situation multiple times over the course of the next few years. We take this and let it fuel you for the rest of our careers.”

Joe Burrow went 22 of 32 for 263 yards in the Super Bowl. After the game, he showed signs that he was beaten up and injured. The Bengals were within a gnat’s eyelash of a Super Bowl victory. Now that he’s been this close, Joe knows what it will take to go the extra yard.

The Bengals will be early favorites to make noise in the NFL playoffs again next season. They’ve got an extremely talented group. Burrow is probably hoping in secret that the team spends some of their draft picks on offensive linemen. Joe doesn’t want to see the same result next time.
