Snoop Dogg made massive headlines when the west-coast legend officially acquired Death Row Records, as reported on Wednesday (February 9). Snoop recently made fun of Ye’s signature black boots that Chicago native rapper has been wearing for the past few weeks.

However, it seems Ye doesn’t have any hostility towards Snoop as he recently made a post on Instagram co-signing congratulatory tweet by American rapper Curren$y. In the said tweet Curren$y applauded the new owner of Death row records “Snoop acquiring Deathrow is black future month as f*ck.”

“Black Future Month” is Kanye’s initiative, and it appears Curren$y thinks west-coast legend acquiring his former label is a prime example of it. Snoop Dogg’s iconic deal attracted a lot of praise from the Hip-Hop community, fans, and artists alike.

Snoop Dogg responded to the praise by reposting Kanye West‘s Curren$y screenshot on his own Instagram page, captioning it “👊🏿👊🏿 🔥🙏”

All three rappers are preparing to release new albums this month, Ye’s Donda 2 (Feb, 22), Snoop’s Bacc On Death Row (Feb, 13), and Curren$y’s Continuance collaboration with The Alchemist (Feb 18). Meanwhile, Snoop is preparing for his Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show, as well.
