Joe Rogan found himself in hot water as a montage of him, saying N-word multiple times went viral on the Internet. Rogan has always been a man of controversy, but this time it has been going on for weeks; first, the takes on Covid Vaccine and then the said video, eventually leading to many celebrities from all over seizing the moment to blast the long-time UFC commentator for the former.

So, it’s pretty astounding for someone to come out and defend the American podcaster, even more, unexpected for a black man to be the one. That’s right; the current UFC Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya took sides with Joe Rogan.

Rogan will be working at UFC 271 this Sunday, February 13. The main event features Israel Adesanya vs. Robert Whittaker. Ahead of Adesanya’s match, he was asked a question about Rogan, and shockingly, he defended the long time time UFC commentator.

Adesanya strongly believes Rogan is simply being attacked by the people that don’t like him and that he is one of the nicest men in the industry.

“I’m Black, I can take this one,”

“I’ve been in this fight game since 2008, and Joe Rogan is one of the nicest, coolest, humble motherf***ers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Understand that. You know what they’re trying to do. You can’t control the man and he’s got the biggest platform in the world right now. So, that’s my n***a, Joe Rogan.”

Adesanya answers the question about Joe Rogan

Rogan is sure to appreciate these comments as they are coming from the likes of Adesanya and someone who regularly interacts with him. The UFC fight set for Sunday, February 13, 8:30 AM PST at Toyota Center in Houston. What are your predictions for the fight? Let us know in the comments below.
