Gucci Mane just can’t leave the trouble out of his life as it keeps finding it’s way to him. The rapper is facing several federal charges against him and now another recent incident has added to his list of worries.

Waco Tribune-Herald reported, Hotboy Wes who is signed to Gucci Mane’s 1017 record label was arrested on Monday. The rapper was arrested in a Hewitt robbery warrant charging him in a Dec. incident involving a Rolex watch.

The warrant was issued for Hotboy Wes, whose real name is Wesley Takquan Lewis after a resident in the 600 block of Barton Creek Drive alleged Wes robbed him. The resident told the police, he was supposed to buy a Rolex watch from Lewis for about $9,000.

Hewitt Police Chief Jim Devlin said, Lewis met the man at his residence at about 5:45 am on Dec. 15. Devlin added, the victim gave Lewis the money before Lewis drove away with the victim’s money and the Rolex watch. He also revealed, the victim tried to get the money back from Lewis as he was leaving but the rapper struck him with his car door and drove off.

Devlin said the theft case turned into a robbery after Lewis fled the scene and struck the man with his door. Lewis was spotted by a U.S Marshall Service task force which lead to his arrest. The 26-year old is currently being held with a bond totaling to $30,000.

Prior to this Lewis was arrested in 2020 after McLennan County Sheriff’s Office officials said he tried to run a woman off Interstate 35 near West while Lewis’ two children were in her vehicle. It seems Hotboy has a hard time staying on a straight path. Meanwhile, you can check out a tweet from U.S Marshals about his arrest below.
