Teen Mom star Chelsea Houska is no stranger to criticism from her fans. This time around she is getting dragged by her customers. Chelsea Houska DeBoer’s home décor brand Aubree Says is allegedly lacking customer service and it shows.

An Aubree Says customer claimed that her $39 vase had allegedly arrived broken. In addition to that, the customer is reportedly being forced to pay to return the product. The customer wasn’t happy and took to Social Media to share her experience.

Houska named Aubree Says after her oldest daughter. The brand also sells clothing and accessories in addition to home decor. A Reddit user shared snapshots of the “Leather Wrapped Vase” that reportedly “should have been packaged better.”

According to the site of Aubree Says, the vase has a “glass center,” along with “brown leather.” The photo uploaded by the unhappy customer shows the glass center shattered. The Redditor complained, “the confirmation emails to me were not responsive, and the support links on the website were not responsive.”

Finally the user found the link to initiate a return under the FAQ. “I marked that the item was damaged, but they are still charging me $4.50 return shipping to return it, and I have to rebox it and print the label, etc.” the Redditor mentioned. Many of the comments under the post slammed Houska for poor customer service.
