Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers have not always seen eye to eye. However, over the duration of Rodgers’ career, the two have gained respect for each other, with folks often drawing comparisons between the two.

Currently, Rodgers is set to surpass Favre’s Packers touchdown record, and Favre himself seems to look forward to it happening. In a recent interview with TMZ, Favre shared his thoughts on the subject of the record.

Rodgers and Favre are currently tied for the record, and Favre couldn’t be happier about Rodgers, whom he counts among his top five, surpassing him in the upcoming game against the Cleveland Browns on Christmas Day.

You have to put Tom Brady and Joe Montana right at the top, and I think Aaron Rodgers falls in the top five. I think Aaron should be in the top five. If he quit today, he’s a top five guy.
