Megan Thee Stallion established herself as one of the best Hip-Hop artists in the world right now. She won four Grammys at this year’s Grammy Awards ceremony and it seems the rapper is just getting started. It seems more details regarding her case with Tory Lanez has been revealed.

The rapper is also incredibly successful as she made it into Time magazine’s 100 most influential list last year and also collaborated with the likes of Beyoncé, Cardi B and many more.

The case between rapper Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez is far from over. As reported earlier, Tory Lanez had earlier pleaded not guilty to the charges meted out against him, which include assault with a semiautomatic firearm and carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm. This is because he allegedly shot Stallion in the foot.

According to TMZ, a witness informed police officers that Megan Thee Stallion and her friend Kelsey were fighting mere moments before Meg was shot in the foot. During Tuesday’s preliminary hearing a detective testified the independent witness, claimed the gun’s muzzle flash went off closer to Kelsey than Tory.

Tory’s attorney, Shawn Holley stated that muzzle flash detail is “corroborated by the gunshot residue found on the other female’s hands.”

“It was further established that Megan gave several inconsistent accounts of what happened that night and that she omitted key information to the police. We look forward to the opportunity to cross examine her at trial about the numerous inconsistencies in her story.”

We wonder whether there will be more twists and turns when it comes to this case. We will keep you updated on this ongoing story.
