Canelo Alvarez is considered one of the greatest professional boxers of all time and it is hard to argue why. Alvarez faced off against Caleb Plant for the IBF champion last month. It seems Paul is confident in his abilities.

The Pound for pound king had an all-out war with Caleb Plant and brutalized him. Caleb tried his best but simply couldn’t match up to Alvarez’s offence. In the end, Alvarez won in the 11th round. Thus, Alvarez became boxing’s only undisputed unified super middleweight champion.

Due to this, Jake Paul hilariously asked if he should sign Alvarez to his Most Valuable Promotions. The Problem Child also made it clear he wants to throw down with Canelo Alvarez in the future.

While speaking to JOE, Jake Paul talked about possibly squaring off against Camelo Alvarez. Paul stated that he can do some real damage to Alvarez in a boxing match.

”I think the level that I will be at will be undeniable. My skill level will be at a place where I can make that a serious, a serious fight you know. I am not just gonna go in there and rollover. I know it’s gonna be hard, I know he [Canelo] is the pound-for-pound number one.

I know he is moving up to cruiserweight. So he is playing right into this s*** already. I think I can do some real damage to him even more so than some of the guys he previously fought.”

Jake Paul also made it clear that he eventually wants to square off against Canelo Alvarez in a boxing match. We will have to wait and see if that fight does happen in the future, as fans would love to see it.
