The Holidays are upon us and that called for the 2021 Jingle Ball. The concert was a lively one, but it ended in Lil Nas X and Coldplay both getting pulled from their scheduled shows.

Jimmy Fallon hosted the shindig at Madison Square Garden. Lil Nas X performed some of his biggest hits including Industry Baby, Old Town Road, and Call Me By Your Name. Then TMZ reports that Nas X and Coldplay will no longer be performing at their scheduled shows because someone on both of their crews has COVID.

Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran will play extended sets instead to make up for the loss of talent. ArrDee and Tom Grennan will also perform in place of Nas and Coldplay this weekend at the London event.

The Jonas Brothers, Ed Sheeran, Saweetie, Bazzi, Tate McRae, and Kane Brown all performed. It was a very high-end concert with huge names. The night was not flawless despite the super performances. It just goes to show that COVID is not going away, no matter how many precautions someone takes.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
