Sandra Bullock is one of the biggest actress in the Hollywood. The 57-year old has been vocal about racism in America, and has two adopted black children. Bullock was even part of the 2009 movie The Blind Side, where a black teenager adapts to a life with white foster parents.

Bullock recently appeared on Red Table Talk with Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow Smith, and Adrienne Banfield-Norris. She said that she loves her kids as much as a woman with brown skin would have. She even said that she wishes her skin matched the complexion of her kids’.

Because then it would be easier on how people approach us. It’s our anxiety. It’s our fear. It’s our cross to bear the minute you become a mom. And I have the same feelings as a woman with brown skin with it being her babies or a White woman with, you know, White babies.

The actress has been dating Bryan Randall, whom she met after she had adopted her two kids. She praised him, and said that even when they’re not in constant agreement, she knows that he’s the right parent because he can always teach them something new.

He’s the example that I would want my children to have. I have a partner who’s very Christian. And so there’s two very different ways of looking at things. And I don’t always agree with him. But he is an example even when I don’t agree with him that I go, ‘If they can take away from that, and if that is where they feel drawn to, then he’s the exact right parent.’

Randall & Bullock began dating in 2015, when she was in the process of adopting her second child. The photographer and Bullock have three children together, and she even referred to him as “the love of my life,” on the interview.
