Blac Chyna has accused Rob Kardashian of being verbally abusive and threatening. The two were engaged to be married for a time and this new information came out as part of an ongoing lawsuit against him and his family.

New legal documents, obtained by The Blast, show that “Chyna filed a new declaration in the assault and battery case filed by the ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star — claiming he is being “abusive” towards her over their ongoing legal issues.” This is a situation that hasn’t been featured on television since she is no longer a part of production.

The new court documents also contain a written testimony from Blac Chyna that shares her side of the story.

“Since October 2017, my former fiancé, Robert Kardashian Jr. has verbally abused me in a threatening manner by repeatedly insisting that I must drop my lawsuit against him and his family. After I repeatedly refused to drop my lawsuit against Rob for Revenge Porn and against his mom and three of his sisters for Defamation and Intentional Interference with Contract,” Rob took her to court trying to take custody of their three-year-old daughter, Dream.

Blac Chyna also claimed that her application for full custody was “based on new lies” that she was an unfit mother. Rob Kardashian has sued Blac Chyna for assault and battery in the past. He claimed that she tried to choke him with an iPhone cable.

This time around Blac Chyna is trying to enter into record reports from a Department of Children and Family Services report that she says will prove that Rob testified that she “never physically abused him.”
