Steph Curry is certainly one of the top players for the Golden State Warriors and has been touted as one of the best basketball players to have ever stepped foot inside a basketball court. Many consider him the greatest shooter of all time. It seems he is on track to break yet another record.

Last season, Curry was nothing short of incredible as he kept on breaking records left and right. Curry previously shattered a record held by legends such as Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant.

Curry previously had the highest single-quarter scoring average that any NBA player has posted in any quarter for the last 30 years. In addition to that, he also broke Ray Allen’s record of all-time three-pointers.

Another day, another record about to get broken from Steph Curry from the looks of it. Curry is making three-pointers at a historic pace in his team’s early going. According to Tim Kawakami, of The Athletic, Steph Curry is on his way to breaking the record for the most 3-pointers made in a single season.

“Hey, Steph Curry just nudged over 40% from 3-point distance for the season (now 40.6%). Knew this up-and-comer could somehow manage it. Also, if he plays 80 games, he’s on pace to make 432 3s. Hey Steph, why not go for 450?”

According to Basketball Reference, the NBA record for 3-pointers made in a single season is 402. The record is unsurprisingly held by Steph Curry himself. So now it seems Curry is competing with himself to break another record, which is not unexpected at all. We will have to wait and see if Curry will break more records and help his team win the championship this season or not.
