Mike Tyson is certainly one of the most legendary boxers in the history of professional boxing. Tyson is known for his insane power and intimidating stature that has sown fear in the hearts of his opponents. It seems Mike Tyson had a very interesting reason for having sex before his matches.

Mike Tyson squared off against Roy Jones Jr. in an eight-round exhibition bout at the Staples Center in Los Angeles back in November 28 of last year. The fight ended in an unexpected split draw, but it certainly surpassed all expectations.

While speaking to the Sun, Mike Tyson’s former bodyguard during the 1980s Rudy Gonzalez claimed Tyson would regularly have sex with women before his matches. It was said that if he didn’t Tyson was worried he was going to kill his opponents.

“One of the greatest secrets with Mike was that he needed to have sex in the dressing room before fights. He had to get laid to disengage some of the strength he had. So I had girls tucked away in bathrooms and changing rooms.

Mike would say, ‘If I do not get laid, I will kill this guy right now.’ Sometimes he’d go in with them [the women] for a minute, bang the s - - t out of them, snap his neck and say: ‘OK, this guy is going to live tonight.’

His biggest fear was that he would kill someone in that ring. He knew he could do it.”

Mike Tyson had previously stated that he would square off against Logan Paul for $100 million. From the looks of it, Mike Tyson and Logan Paul’s match is unlikely to happen now. It remains to be seen who Mike Tyson’s opponent will be in his return match next year.
