Conor McGregor has a lot to say and he recently took a serious shot at Max Holloway. His focus was to drag Holloway’s boxing abilities and how many times he’s received a good head banging.

McGregor tweeted out prior to Holloway’s victory at UFC Fight Night against Yair Rodríguez. Notorious wanted to make it known that Holloway has “absorbed” a ton of head strikes in his UFC career.

Hey twitter! The fighter that has absorbed the most head strikes in @ufc history competes tonight. Max Holloway. Can’t wait to watch.

McGregor wasn’t done there. He fired off another tweet where he said, “Best boxer my ass crack. The guys been smacked the most smacks in UFC history! Most shots absorbed is not best boxer guys I’m sorry, and I love the kid.”

Of course, in typical Notorious fashion he deleted those tweets. Thankfully for us, he also has fans who realize he tweets and deletes on a daily basis, so you can enjoy proof of those tweets below.

H Jenkins

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
