Tragedy struck at Travis Scott’s recent set, and the world of hip-hop is still in a state of shock. There has been an outpouring of support towards those affected by the incident.

Now, Kanye West has also decided to honor the victims who died at Astroworld, and is using his Sunday Service to do so.

Right before the Sunday Service got underway, a message was shared on behalf of Kanye West, that read “Sunday Service dedication to the loved ones of Astroworld.”

While no explicit references to Astroworld were made during the event, a general message about god and perseverance was shared after the singing was done.

This week’s Sunday Service also had a much more somber tone compared to previous week’s service, which featured the likes of Marilyn Manson and Justin Bieber.

The choir and singers were dressed in all black this week, and performed a few hymns, as well as a few tracks from “Donda.” Kanye himself did not make an appearance.
