Kevin Durant is regarded as one of the best basketball players in the world right now. The Brooklyn Nets star had previously won two championships with the Golden State Warriors and there is no doubt he will win more in the future. It seems he might face a heavy fine for his recent actions.

The Brooklyn Nets faced the Indiana Pacers on Friday night as they were looking to get back to a .500 record after their loss to Miami Heat. In the end, the Nets barely managed a 105-98 victory over the Pacers.

During the game, Kevin Durant was fouled in transition as Brooklyn was trying to score a point during a fast break. When the play didn’t pan as planned, Kevin Durant threw the ball into the stands out of frustration. This move is expressly banned in the NBA.

Durant was immediately hit with a technical foul for throwing the ball into the stands. However, that might not be the end of his troubles. During the New York Knicks’ season-opening win over the Boston Celtics on October 20 their All-Star Julius Randle threw the ball into the stands.

Due to this, he was fined $15k for his actions It is highly likely Kevin Durant could also be facing a similar fine. Despite this, Durant will continue to shine and be touted as one of the greatest players in the history of professional basketball. The sky is simply the limit for him.
