Kanye West put a ton of hype around the release of DONDA, his latest epic album. He’s trying hard to snag a Grammy Award for it now, and Ye has the streaming clout to warrant such an accolade at this point.

West’s album was full of controversy and strange listening parties. Now that it is out, fans are enjoying it at their leisure. That won’t stop Kanye’s constant grind as he is rumored to have a song with Eminem on bootlegger’s hard drives.

According to Chart Data, fans are enjoying DONDA to its fullest. The record now has 1 billion streams on Spotify. This marks Ye’s fast rising album to hit that number.

.@kanyewest’s ‘DONDA’ has now surpassed 1 billion streams on Spotify. It’s his fastest album to reach this milestone.

Kanye West’s personal life is going through quite a transition with his divorce from Kim Kardashian. He also moved residences and is selling his Wyoming retreat.

We’ll pay close attention to West’s next move, because he just put out a boot that looks like the Michelin Man. For now he’s enjoying another impressive milestone. We wonder if it will cause Ye to crack a smile.
