Head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, Jon Gruden, was forced to leave the team a week ago because of apparent racist and/or homophobic remarks he may have made via email. It hasn’t been the best of times for the former head coach, but he’s fighting back it seems, or at least planning to with some pretty interesting statements, he seemingly ready to state his side.

The incriminating evidence against Gruden was leaked according to reports, and players and many in the NFL are waiting for the other shoe to drop, so to speak. Many other leaks are expected. If or if they’re not similar in scope is unclear at this time.

It was while speaking with reporter, Andrea Kremer, that he opened up finally about what happened. Andrea Kremer then spoke of what he’d said on his behalf on the Real Sports Podcast on HBO. Apparently, he said: “The truth will come out.”

“He’s still in Las Vegas,” Kremer explained. “He said he’s letting the dust settle. He said, ‘People who know me know what I stand for, for 58 years. I have a resume of 58 years.’

His coaching career started way back in 1985, while he was assistant coach at the University of Tennessee. He then went on to hold 10 more coaching positions throughout his storied football career as coach.

Many are speculating that he is done in the NFL, as the severity of this is quite clear already and for obvious reasons. What else can come out on this topic? That’s unclear, but stay tuned and as always, we’ll stay on top of the matter moving forward, however there is more to all of this than meets the eye, many are suggesting.
