Actor Darius McCrary has denied rumors about his romance with Sidney Starr, insisting that he’s just friends with the trans model. The “Family Matters” star also called out naysayers and critics in a video he posted via his official Instagram account.

The actor said on Instagram, “While y’all are discussing these rumors that aren’t true, we eating.” He continued to explain that, “What are we, in high school? You’re going to tell me who I can’t be friends with, who I can’t hang out with?”

He also called out the trolls for discussing him on social media, saying they should focus on his engagement instead. “I think my fiancé would really have something different to say. That’s what y’all should be focusing on, where that ring is.”

McCrary, who played Eddie Winslow on the hit sitcom, found his personal life as a topic of discussion on social media and he isn’t amused to say the least. The 45-year-old was previously reportedly involved with Karrine Steffans as well as Torrei Hart, the ex-wife of Kevin Hart. Click here to find out why she’s never giving up Hart’s last name.
