Chuck Liddell was hauled off to jail last week, but he will not be prosecuted for the domestic violence arrest at all. This is new information from TMZ as they have reported that there wasn’t enough evidence to hold those charges to Liddell.

Nobody in the domestic incident will be charged for this instance. Both Liddell and wife Heidi Northcott are free and clear of any charges. This October 11th incident came as the couple had an incident that was verbal but allegedly got physical.

TMZ Sports has learned authorities spoke with Liddell, Heidi, and their child … and determined that they likely were involved in an argument that turned physical, but no one was seriously hurt — so, no charges.

Liddell said at the time that he did nothing wrong, but he surrendered himself to be arrested so his wife could stay with a minor who was on the property. Then they determined that there was not enough evidence to charge the UFC legend.

Chuck Liddell also filed for divorce later that week, seeking to end their 10-year marriage. It appears that they will be able to proceed with that without any legal hassles over their heads.
