Lamar Jackson passed Dan Marino for the most wins by a quarterback under the age of 25. That is quite an achievement to surpass such a well-known and legendary name. Marino still has that Ace Ventura cameo that we all know and love.

Lamar Jackson set an NFL record today when the Baltimore Ravens stomped out the LA Chargers, 34-6. That was Jackson’s 35th win, and that clinched the record for him.

While speaking to ESPN, Jackson said of his achievement, “That’s pretty cool, I guess. I don’t know to say after that. It’s cool. Got to keep going.”

Holding a record is a big deal to a lot of athletes. Now that Jackson holds such a great one of his own, his feelings on the matter really haven’t changed. “We are on a roll for something else. If we break records, it happens. But we want something else.”

We’ll have to see where Jackson’s career is going from here, but it doesn’t sound like he is going to stop and look back right now. He is on a mission and intends to keep grinding forward.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
