John Cena’s HBO Max Series The Peacemaker Gets Hilarious First Trailer

The Peacemaker is set to slaughter its way onto HBO Max and fans have their first teaser trailer for the upcoming John Cena stared show.

In case you haven’t seen The Suicide Squad all the way to their end credits, the closing scene after the credit roll show a setup for the upcoming Peacemaker series. Cena’s character is shown alive after he was shot by Bloodshot in Corto Maltese.

Cena, Steve Agee, and Jennifer Holland are coming back to reprise their Suicide Squad roles. Agee and Holland play John Economos and Emilia Harcourt respectively.

Prior to the DC FanDome 2021, James Gunn confirmed the first teaser trailer would be unveiled during the event and now it’s online. Now we can see this trailer in all its glory.

This teaser scene shows Cena in a hospital gown while talking to Rizwan Manji who plays a member of the hospital staff. Manji’s character doesn’t believe that Cena is The Peacemaker which kicks off this impressive ride back into the Peacemaker’s twisted universe.
