Anyone who watched Saturday Night Live this weekend knows that Kim Kardsashian hosted the show. A few of her skits trended on Twitter. One skit in particular got the attention of MGK for obvious reasons. There were other surprise appearances on the show as well.

SNL cast member, Pete Davidson, parodied the controversial singer playing the part of MGK in hilarious fashion. It was in the same live skit that host, Kim Kardashian, the reality TV star, played her sister, Kourtney Kardashian.

In the skit, Pete Davidson and Chloe Fineman played the parts of MGK and Megan Fox. The couple made quite a few headlines when they walked out on the red carpet at the 2021 iHeart Radio Music Awards. The two actors were dressed in the same fashion.

Well, it obviously got the attention of MGK, because he responded on Twitter. He tweeted: “I think it’s time for me to come on the show as Pete @nbcsnl.” The Tweet was an obvious joke, showing that the often intimidated MGK can laugh at himself and essentially take a joke.

As it turns out, the two men are very good friends and the skit came off well, despite a few uncomfortable moments as the comedy unfolded on stage. One specifically uncomfortable moment was when the two actors lashed their tongues at one another.

It was only a few years ago, in 2018, that the SNL star posted a rather alarming message on social media that read: “I really don’t want to be on this earth anymore…I’m doing my best to stay here for you but I actually don’t know how much longer I can last. all I’ve ever tried to do was help people. just remember I told you so.”

In the end, it was actually MGK himself who responded, letting fans know publicly that he would be personally checking on his friend. All this time later, it seems like everything is alright between them.

But will we see a skit involving MGK again. Judging by the attention this particular skit got, we’d say it’s more than likely, dear readers.
