Ryan Seacrest missed seven episodes of Live with Kelly & Ryan in September and this concerned his fans. Fortunately, nothing concerning had happened and he was just spending time relaxing in Napa before beginning work on season 20 of American Idol. However, it turns out that fans aren’t the only ones who were concerned.

According to an insider close to Seacrest, who spoked to Us Weekly, his team was so worried about him that they staged an intervention. The insider said that the talk show host “is in (bad) shape.”

Seacrest’s team was concerned about his busy schedule which is apparently very tight. Another source, however, said that Seacrest has it under his control. “He recognizes he needs to find windows of time to rest during these busy windows of work,” the source said.

This isn’t the first time fans of Ryan Seacrest were worried about his health. Back in May 2020, Seacrest had a stroke on live TV during American Idol. He was seen slurring and one of his eyes appeared droopy. He missed the following day’s episode of his talk show. His rep, however, said that he did not have any stroke but he was trying to find a balance between work and home life, because he had to do many live shows from home.

Looks like Seacrest isn’t going to step back from his duties. Besides American Idol, he is also going to produce the morning show for 102.7 KIIS-FM as well as On Air With Ryan Seacrest and Top 40 With Ryan Seacrest. We hope Seacrest can relax a bit too and find a healthy balance between work and life.
